There have been some disparaging comments, both in Round 1 and in this Round, lumping all fantasy and sword & sorcery stories under the same banner of “those books with ELVES”, usually delivered in a snide tone…
Well, I like a good elf-yarn as much as the next guy or gal, and several entries DO contain elves, albeit with new and interesting twists on the concept.
But when I spoke with The White Rose about the fact that we were being lumped under the heading of “those books with ELVES”, she wanted to come and personally clear up any misconceptions…
